Changing your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Plan changes go through Shopify, and new features unlock as soon as the change is confirmed.

How to change plans

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
  2. Click Change plan (or Choose a plan if you don't have an active subscription).
  3. You're taken to Shopify's secure pricing page. Pick your new plan and confirm.
  4. You're returned to Stockwik with the new plan applied. If it doesn't update right away, click Refresh on the Plan & billing page.

Upgrades and downgrades

  • Upgrading unlocks the new features immediately (e.g. moving to Growth turns on purchase orders, receiving, counts, and reports).
  • Downgrading takes effect per Shopify's billing; features above your new tier become locked, but your data is never deleted — re-upgrading restores access.

Your trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, handled by Shopify — you won't be charged until it ends. Changing plans during the trial is fine.

Tip
If you ever change your plan directly in Shopify's admin, open Settings → Plan & billing in Stockwik and hit Refresh so the app picks up the change right away.
