Dashboard tour

Once you've finished setup, you land on your dashboard. Here's a quick tour of how Stockwik is laid out.

The left navigation

  • Dashboard — your home overview (see below).
  • Inventory — your product list, with views for everything, overstock, dead stock, and products missing a supplier.
  • Reorder — what to buy now, grouped by supplier.
  • Purchase orders — create, send, and receive POs.
  • Adjustments — cycle counts and stock adjustments.
  • Transfers — move stock between locations (appears only if you have more than one location).
  • Suppliers — your suppliers and buy options.
  • Reports — inventory, sales, purchasing, and operations reporting.
  • Settings — planning defaults, company profile, locations, and plan & billing.
Note
Some items show a lock (🔒) with a plan badge if they're not included in your current plan. See Plans & features.

The Home overview

Your dashboard home surfaces what needs attention, with cards such as:

  • To reorder — products at or below their reorder point.
  • Awaiting receipt — stock on order that hasn't arrived.
  • Open POs — purchase orders still in progress.
  • Overstock — products above their target maximum.
  • Dead stock — products that aren't selling.
  • Products — your total catalog size.

A setup checklist also nudges you toward anything still worth finishing (supplier lead times, costs, buy options, company profile).

The Sync button

At the top of the app is a Sync button. Click it to refresh products, inventory, sales, and locations from Shopify. Run it whenever you want the latest numbers — for example, before working through your reorder list. See How syncing works.

Your account menu

Your name (bottom of the nav) opens your account — update your profile, invite teammates, or sign out.
