What is Stockwik?

Stockwik is inventory and replenishment software for Shopify merchants. It learns how your products actually sell and tells you exactly what to reorder, when, and how much — then helps you raise purchase orders, receive stock, run counts, and (on multi-location plans) move inventory between locations, all in one fast app. It's the demand-planning brain Shopify leaves out, without the spreadsheets.

The core loop

Using Stockwik is a simple, repeatable cycle:

  2. See what to buy. Stockwik watches your sales velocity and flags exactly which products need reordering, and how much.
  3. Order. Turn those suggestions into purchase orders in a couple of clicks, grouped by supplier, then email or print them.
  4. Receive. When stock arrives, receive it against the PO — your Shopify inventory updates automatically.
  5. Count. Run cycle counts to keep your numbers honest, with discrepancies pushed back to Shopify.

Everything is driven by your real sales history, so the more you sell, the smarter the suggestions get.
