Reports overview

Available on Growth and up.

Reports turn your data into answers — what's tied up in stock, what's selling, how your suppliers perform, and what's moved. They're organized into four groups.

Inventory & valuation

  • Inventory by location — on hand, available, committed, and incoming per product per location, valued at cost.
  • Valuation — total stock value rolled up by location, category, supplier, and health.
  • Dead / aged stock — in-stock products that aren't selling, aged by time since last sale, with the cash tied up.
  • Overstock — products above their suggested maximum, and the excess value.
  • Reorder worksheet — a buy list grouped by supplier with suggested quantities and estimated cost.

Sales & profitability

  • Monthly sales — units and revenue by month.
  • ABC analysis — products ranked by revenue share, classed A/B/C. (See ABC classification.)
  • Sell-through — units sold vs. on hand, with sell-through %, velocity, and weeks of cover.
  • Top sellers — best sellers by revenue (sort ascending to find your slowest movers).
  • Gross margin — revenue, cost, and margin per product.

Purchasing & suppliers

  • Spend by supplier — value of goods received, by supplier.
  • Open POs — orders awaiting receipt, with outstanding value and overdue flags.
  • Lead-time performance — actual delivery time vs. the supplier's estimate.
  • Fill rate — units ordered vs. received per supplier, with shortfalls.

Operations & audit

  • Shrinkage — cycle-count variance (units and value), by session and by product.
  • Transfers — inter-location movements, shipped vs. received.
  • Movement ledger — every stock movement (sale, receipt, transfer, adjustment, count) over the period.

Common controls

Most reports have a period picker (last 30 / 90 / 365 days, or a custom range). Every report can be exported to CSV or PDF.

Note
Gross margin is an approximation — it uses each product's current cost rather than the exact cost at the time of each sale. The Movement ledger shows a capped number of rows on screen; export to CSV for the complete list.
