Why am I seeing "Choose a plan to continue"?
Your workspace doesn't have an active subscription (or the trial lapsed). Pick a plan to continue — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See Choosing a plan.
Why is a feature locked (the 🔒)?
That feature isn't included in your current plan. Purchase orders, receiving, counts, and reports are on Growth and up; transfers and multi-location are on Pro. See Plans & features.
Why is a product's reorder suggestion 0?
It's well-stocked — "Watch" or "Healthy" — so it doesn't need ordering yet. You can still type a quantity to add it to an order. See Understanding suggestions.
Why did a reorder suggestion suddenly jump up?
Usually a seasonal product entering its peak window — Stockwik raises the target so you're stocked for the busy period. See How sales velocity works.
How far back does Stockwik look at sales?
A rolling full year of order history, used for velocity and reporting. See How syncing works.
How often does Stockwik sync?
Syncing is manual today — click Sync whenever you want fresh numbers. The counts page also refreshes inventory automatically when you open it.
Does Stockwik change my Shopify inventory?
Only when you receive a purchase order, commit a count, or edit a cost — and Shopify always stays the source of truth. Stockwik never changes your stock on its own. See Inventory: on hand, available & committed.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store?
Each workspace connects to one store. For multiple stores, set up a separate workspace per store. See Workspace & team.
