Common issues
Fixes for the handful of things that occasionally trip people up.
My numbers look out of date
Syncing is manual, so run a Sync (top of the app) to refresh products, inventory, and sales from Shopify. See How syncing works.
"Your store is disconnected" / "Reconnect your store"
The secure link to Shopify needs re-establishing (you uninstalled the app, or a connection lapsed). Click Reconnect store — your data is safe. See Reconnecting your store.
My PO won't email
Set your company email in Settings → Company profile (it's used as the reply-to), and make sure the supplier has an email address. Then resend. You can always use PDF / Print instead. See Sending a PO.
A count line was rejected when I committed
A sale came in for that product while you were counting, so its on-hand changed. Stockwik shows you the fresh number to re-verify, then you commit that line again — the rest of your counts still went through. See Cycle counts & adjustments.
My import won't apply
Imports are all-or-nothing, so one bad row blocks the batch. The preview tells you exactly which rows have errors — fix those and re-upload. Re-running a corrected file is safe. See Import & export inventory.
A feature shows a lock (🔒)
It's not in your current plan. See Plans & features to compare tiers, or Changing your plan to upgrade.
I'm stuck on a full-screen message
Plan and reconnect screens always include a Sign out link, so you can switch accounts if needed.
